This report highlights the challenges faced by Hongkongers in the UK under the BN(O) visa scheme, particularly the restrictions on sports-related employment. It sheds light on the arrival of over 140,000 Hongkongers through this visa route and underscores the broader impact of societal discrimination.

Concurrently, there are instances of unfair treatment based on race and nationality within the sports community.

Recommendations are made to address these issues and advocate for the removal of the ’No Sportsperson‘ visa condition to uphold the sporting rights of Hongkongers in the UK.
