嚟到英國，大家都面對唔同煩惱，要調整好自己，先可以好好生活，行更遠嘅路。新環境總會遇上困難或者唔開心，你絕對唔係一個人㗎，我哋都好樂意聽你傾訴同提供協助。放心，有我哋同你一齊行，等我哋互相支持，從堅持中搵到希望。

【情緒疏導服務】

近來大家對夜貓加油站嘅深宵支援熱線嘅有明顯更大需求，「聽音樂」嘅等候時間可能會較長，希望大家見諒

有唔開心，搵人傾吓絕對係好事，至少有咩嘢講咗出嚟，唔使屈喺個心度，慢慢就可以輕鬆少少去面對問題，而且聽唔同人嘅見解，都會有幫助㗎。

除咗港援 Hong Kong Aid 嘅熱線之外，另一個組織港燃 Ednovate 亦因應近來嘅事件，設立咗專為青少年提供情緒支援嘅服務專線。有需要嘅朋友可以打電話或者WhatsApp佢哋：
