CrowdStrike 2Q Loss Narrows on Jump in Subscription Revenue

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc.'s loss narrowed in its second quarter from a year earlier after subscription revenue jumped higher.

The Austin, Tx.-based cybersecurity services provider reported a loss of $49.3 million in the period, compared with a loss of $57.3 million a year earlier. Loss per share was 21 cents from 25 cents last year and adjusted earnings per share rose to 36 cents from 11 cents last year. Revenue rose to $535.2 million from $337.7 million in the year-earlier period.
