20 individuals have been arrested by the ICAC on suspicion of using false documents and statutory declarations to fraudulently claim that they were permanently leaving Hong Kong to relocate to mainland China, in order to apply for early withdrawal of their MPF.

The suspect known as "MPFClaim (法式積金顧問)" initiated the promotion on the UK HKer TG community in July 2021, in collaboration with @Windanz and @ZFanman, who continued promoting "MPFClaim" in June 2023.
Despite @BNOUK reported "MPFClaim" 's suspicious activity on 11/10/2021, BNOHELP reported on 20/2/2022, and 英國港友's ex-admin Espouse reported on 22/2/2022, @Windanz and @ZFanman still cooperating with the suspect and allowing "MPFClaim" promotions in their TG groups.
13/10/2023, after the incident being reported in the news, @Windanz responded:
"啲人點睇關我春事?","比人拉咗唔等於佢錯",
"任何話不會違香港法例, 同不能承擔自身法律風險嘅人, 敬請離開".
