呢個講座將會介紹製作麵包嘅基礎，重點講解酸種麵包嘅製作方法同必需嘅工具，最後會有問答環節同麵包試食。
Sourdough Bread Making Talk
This talk will cover the basics of bread making, focusing on sourdough techniques, essential tools, and will conclude with a Q&A and bread tasting session.

講座將以廣東話進行/The talk will be conducted in Cantonese.
