英國外交大臣要求中國領使就曼城發生的事件作出解釋

英國外交大臣祈湛明於Twitter表示，他正傳召中國領使代表楊曉光（Yang Xiaoguang），要求楊曉光就曼城發生的事件作出解釋。
他指和平示威乃英國的基本權利，中國必須予以尊重。
BBC英國其後指，英政府與楊曉光會晤期間表示，所有駐英外交官及人員均須尊重英國法律。（The UK said that a meeting was held with China's chargé d'affaires - the ambassador's deputy - Yang Xiaoguang, where it was reiterated that all diplomats and consular staff based in the UK must respect the UK's laws and regulations.）
