香港監察會晤英議員Elliot Colburn MP 探討因應23條進一步擴大BNO簽證
本週，香港監察行政總監羅傑斯（Benedict Rogers）、研究及政策顧問Megan Khoo和Thomas Benson會見英國國會議員Elliot Colburn MP，討論香港通過23條的危險，以及擴大BNO簽證計劃，容許1997年主權移交前出生的港人申請，以作回應。

This week, our Chief Executive Benedict Rogers, Research and Policy Advisors Megan Khoo and Thomas Benson had a meeting with Elliot Colburn MP to discuss the dangers of the passage of Article 23 in Hong Kong, and expanding the BNO visa scheme to allow those born before 1997 to apply in response.
