【Now新聞台】保安局指，身處海外的梁頌恆等人籌組所謂「香港議會」涉嫌違反港區國安法。

保安局嚴厲譴責梁頌恆、袁弓夷及何良懋等人在海外籌組所謂的「香港議會」，涉嫌違反港區國安法第22條顛覆國家政權罪，又指根據國安法第37條，警方一定會依法追究，將這些人緝捕歸案，並呼籲市民要跟任何違反國安法的人及他們組織的非法活動劃清界線，以免承擔不必要的法律風險。

香港政府是日又「嚴厲譴責」籌備委員會籌組香港議會，涉嫌違反《香港國安法》第22條「顛覆國家政權」罪，並通緝籌備委員會主席何良懋、籌委袁弓夷及梁頌恆等人。

我們相信主權在民，法治或法律的合法性是建立在人民同意的基礎上。

今天不論是所謂的「國安法」，或是引用「國安法」通緝香港議會籌備委員會委員的所謂「香港政府」，卻是完全沒有香港人的授權，遑論同意。

我們籌組一個能真正代表香港人的香港議會，卻被一個沒有人民授權的「政府」通緝，只會令世界覺得無稽和可笑。

被這個非法不義的政權通緝是我們的榮幸。

我們不會向獨裁者低頭，往後定必竭盡所能，籌備這個能真正代表香港人的香港議會，為光復大業努力。

The Hong Kong Government has severely condemned the Hong Kong Parliament (HKP) today. It claimed that Ho Leung-mau, Yuan Gong-yi and Leung Chung-hang , and others for forming HKP overseas, suspected of contravening the offense of subversion under Article 22 of the National Security Law.

We believe in popular sovereignty - the authority of a state and its government or law should be the expression of the general will. All citizens have the right to contribute personally, or through their representatives, to its formation.


However, no matter the so-called National Security Law or the Hong Kong Government who list HKP' s electoral organizing committee members as wanted are not sustained and created by the consent of Hongkongers.



We organize a Hong Kong Parliament with genuine representativeness which can truly represent Hongkongers, but being listed as wanted by a government without people's consent. This is hilarious.


It is our honor that we are wanted by this immoral and illegitimate regime.


We shall never bow down to the dictator. In order to free Hong Kong, we will work in full swing to establish a Hong Kong parliament which can represent Hongkongers truly with our greatest effort.

【#離散美利堅】海外港人擬成立「香港議會」　冀代表真正民意卻遭港府通緝
上月底，有海外港人宣布成立「香港議會選舉籌備委員會」，馬上引來香港保安局於周三（3日）的嚴厲譴責，指「香港議會」涉嫌違反《港區國安法》的「顛覆國家政權」罪，並通緝相關人士。
該「香港議會」旨在於明年底舉行一場屬於全球香港人的「普選」，一人一票選出在國際上代表香港人發聲的議員。
香港議會國際事務小組主席袁弓夷表示，香港立法會已經失去其認受性，有需要選出一批真正代表香港人民意的議員，但有感海外港人團體經常出現溝通問題，所以認為建立一個議會正好為大家提供平台辯論。
資深傳媒人程翔對建立「香港議會」表示贊同，他指中共多番食言，沒有給予港人真普選。程翔認為「香港議會」的誕生，除了反映民意亦可以向世界說明，香港現時的選舉制度是假民主，參選人都是由中共欽點。
香港議會籌委會主席何良懋則介紹，「香港議會」的議員將會肩負起光復香港的責任，並計劃香港未來的架構等議題。現時籌委會仍在開發一個安全的投票系統，保護投票人，但參選人則難免要公開身份，認為有志人士或可考慮離港參選。
