【U.S.C.I.S. New Alert on D.E.D. for Hong Kongers】

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services added a new alert regarding the D.E.D. policy for Hong Kongers.

“If you are currently covered under Deferred Enforced Departure (D.E.D.) for Hong Kong and you have an Employment Authorization Document valid until Feb. 5, 2023, please wait until we provide additional guidance from the Department of Homeland Security. You do not need to file a new application at this time.”
