王丹教授經歷八九六四幾番輾轉後流亡至美國,取得哈佛大學歷史學博士學位。現居台灣,為國立清華大學授課,並創立智庫「對話中國」。
2023年年初在美西短期逗留,為斯坦福大學胡佛研究所作訪問學者。有幸可以途經 Bay Area Hongkonger Community Center,心繁香港人的民主社區, 樂意與各位交流及分享。
Professor Wang Dan exiled to the United States and obtained a doctorate in history from Harvard University after his early release from multiple arrests since the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989. Currently living in Taiwan, he teaches at National Tsing Hua University and founded the think tank "Dialogue China".
In early 2023, he came to the west coast of the United States for a short period of time as a visiting scholar at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University. Bay Area Hongkonger Community Center is honored to host and invite Professor Wang to join a discussion and sharing session.
