London filled with protesters on anniversary of Tiananmen Square massacre
Hongkongers, mainland Chinese dissidents, Uyghurs, Tibetans, and UK citizens of Chinese descent marked the 34th anniversary of the Tiananmen Square massacre by holding a march to the Chinese Embassy on June 4.
Participants chanted "Down with CCP" and "It's our duty" on the walk from London's Trafalgar Square in remembrance of the brutal crackdown on students in 1989.
This year, Hongkongers have been banned from commemorating the event
